Physiotherapy
for active Richmond.
One-on-one physiotherapy inside Uplift Gym on Bridge Road. Practical care for pain, injury and return to training — led by a physio with more than 15 years at the professional and international level.
The way professional athletes are looked after, for people who just want to keep moving.
You do not need to be elite to train like it matters. Most people who get hurt need an accurate diagnosis, a plan that builds real capacity, and someone who explains it without jargon. That is the whole job.

Practical care for the things you want to get back to
Cricket and sports injuries
- Clear diagnosis first. We work out what is driving the problem before treating it.
- Workload-aware rehab built around the real demands of your sport.
- Return-to-play criteria, not a guess at a timeline.
- Professional and international cricket experience, applied to club and recreational athletes.
Gym-based rehab
- Rehab with load, using the gym next door rather than guesswork on a table.
- Keep training in some form where possible — not complete rest.
- Measured and re-tested, so progress is real and visible.
- For lifters and gym-goers who do not want to simply stop.
Running injuries
- Load and capacity assessed against your training history.
- A return-to-running plan with weekly targets you can follow.
- Tissue tolerance built for the demands running places on you.

What happens when you book
The same structure every time, whether it is your first session or your tenth.
Assess
We talk through what happened and what you want to get back to, then I test movement and strength to reach a diagnosis.
Explain and plan
You leave knowing what I think is going on, how confident I am, and what the first steps are. Treatment on the day where it helps.
Progress
Follow-ups re-test, progress the plan and troubleshoot — shifting toward a full return to training or sport.
How we work
