Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to an accessible website and clinic.

Last updated: 4 June 2026.

Our commitment

Bridge Road Physiotherapy is committed to making our website and clinic accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disability. Everyone should be able to find information about our services and get in touch with us easily.

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a practical target. In working towards this, we try to:

  • use clear, plain language;
  • maintain sufficient colour contrast between text and background;
  • provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • structure pages with proper headings so they can be navigated with assistive technology;
  • make the website usable by keyboard where possible; and
  • design pages that adapt to different screen sizes and devices.

Known limitations

Some elements of accessibility depend on third-party content, such as the online booking calendar and embedded maps. We are working to identify and address any barriers over time. If you find a part of the website difficult to use, we would like to hear about it.

The clinic

Bridge Road Physiotherapy is located inside Uplift Gym at 507 Bridge Road, Richmond. If you are visiting and have specific access needs, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to assist.

Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and clinic. If you have trouble accessing any content, or have suggestions for improvement, contact us at thihan@bridgeroad.physio or +61 458 007 583 and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

This statement reflects our intentions and current efforts. WCAG 2.1 AA is stated as a goal we work towards, not a guarantee of full conformance.
