How I can help

Your first appointment

Your initial consultation is 45 minutes. We discuss your history and goals, assess the relevant movement, strength and function, then explain the findings and agree on the next steps. Treatment starts where appropriate.

Wear clothes you can move in. Bring any useful reports, referral letters and your current exercise programme. Bring your health fund card if you plan to claim an eligible rebate.

Choose an initial consultation if you are new to the clinic or have a new problem. Choose a review if we are already working on the same problem. See fees and appointment types or first-visit questions.
