Fees, appointment lengths and claiming information are listed below. If you are new to the clinic or have a new problem, start with an initial consultation.

All fees are in Australian dollars and are paid at the appointment by EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. The appointment names match the online booking calendar. A review consultation is a follow-up appointment.
Rebates and referrals
- Private health. Eligible extras rebates are processed on the spot through Tyro Health. Bring your health fund card and pay the remaining gap.
- Medicare. Medicare GP Chronic Condition Management Plans are accepted with a valid GP referral. The rebate is processed on the day and a gap applies. GP Management Plans and Team Care Arrangements made before 1 July 2025 are accepted until 30 June 2027.
- Private appointments. You do not need a referral.
- WorkCover, TAC and DVA. These schemes are not accepted at the clinic. Contact me if you need help finding a suitable service.

Initial consultation, in person
45 minutes, $180
Choose this for your first visit or a new problem. We discuss the history, assess the relevant movement and strength, and agree on the first stage of treatment and rehabilitation. You should leave knowing what I think is happening and what to do next.

Review consultation, in person
30 minutes, $140
Choose this once we have started a plan. We review progress, repeat useful tests, provide treatment where it helps and update the next stage of rehabilitation.
Extended consultation, in person
45 minutes, $180
Choose this for a complex problem, more than one area, a full reassessment or a rehabilitation session that needs additional testing or gym time.

Return to Performance Assessment
60 minutes, $250
Choose this for late-stage rehabilitation or return-to-sport planning. Testing is selected around your injury and sport. You receive a summary of your current readiness, any remaining gaps and the next progression.

Online consultations
Online appointments are booked and invoiced through The Cricket Physio, my cricket and online practice. Same physiotherapist, same clinical record.
Initial consultation, online
45 minutes, $150
Choose this if you are new to the clinic and an online assessment suits your location or circumstances. We discuss the history and goals, work through suitable movement and strength tests on video, then set out the first plan. Some injuries still need an in-person examination or medical review, and I will tell you if so.

Review consultation, online
30 minutes, $120
Choose this to review progress, update exercises and plan the next block of rehabilitation. It works well for travel, busy periods and stages where hands-on assessment is not needed.

What to bring
- Clothes that allow the relevant area to be assessed. Shorts are useful for a leg problem.
- Relevant scan reports, referral letters or operation notes.
- Your current exercise or training program if it relates to the problem.
- Your referral or care plan, if you have one.
- Your private health card if you want to claim on the day.
Cancellation summary
Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. The cancellation policy explains late cancellation fees and emergencies.

An initial consultation is $180 for 45 minutes and a review consultation is $140 for 30 minutes. Online appointments are $150 for an initial consultation and $120 for a review. Eligible private health rebates are processed on the spot, so you pay the gap.
