Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives another patient a fair chance to use the time.

Late cancellations and missed appointments
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice might incur a fee of up to the full appointment cost. Missed appointments might also be charged in full.
Emergencies and unexpected events
Genuine emergencies and unexpected events are considered individually. Contact the clinic as early as possible on 0458 007 583 or at thihan@bridgeroad.physio.
Rebates
Private health and Medicare rebates are not available for cancellation or missed-appointment fees.
Agreement
By booking, you agree to the clinic’s cancellation terms. These terms sit alongside the Terms and Conditions.
